What should I do if I can't connect to my Android phone via Bluetooth?

A. Confirm whether the bluetooth of the mobile phone is normal, and search whether the bluetooth name corresponds to the bluetooth of the device.

B. Confirm whether the scanning device has entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, and the indicator light is flashing.


Why can't some barcodes be scanned?

A. Confirm the code system type of the barcode and whether it supports the corresponding code system type. If you do not confirm the code system type, please contact the manufacturer.

B. Confirm whether the barcode system type is turned on, because some uncommon barcodes are turned off by factory default, as long as the corresponding barcode settings are turned on, they can be scanned normally.


Why can't the barcode be uploaded to the computer or mobile phone after pairing?

A. Confirm whether the pairing has been successful, and the bluetooth scanner LED display is blue if the pairing is successful.

B. Whether the inventory function has been turned on (barcodes will not be automatically uploaded in inventory mode, you need to manually scan the corresponding barcodes to upload), and change it to the last time in time mode.

C. Confirm whether the scanning device module is set to OK from factory default, and the module can be set to serial port mode.


What should I do if my computer or mobile phone cannot find the Bluetooth scanner?

A. Confirm whether the selected communication mode is the Bluetooth HID mode and whether the device has entered the pairing state.

B. Confirm whether the device Bluetooth device corresponds.


The Bluetooth scanner has already been connected to a mobile phone or computer, how to pair it with the mobile phone or computer again?

Delete the paired bluetooth in the bluetooth search interface, and then re-pair to search for connection.
