The XB-D70-XD is equipped with a custom AI chip and a full-link AI deep decoding algorithm, eliminating the reliance of traditional scanning guns on high-definition barcodes and precisely handling various extreme DPM code scenarios:
  • Supports all types of DPM codes such as laser engraving, electrochemical etching, and dot-needle printing.
  • Easily scan low-contrast, dirty, scratched, distorted, reflective and curved QR codes.
  • 1.4MP high-performance CMOS sensor, with a resolution of 1288×1088, recognition accuracy of ≥ 3 mil, and no missing details of tiny barcodes.
Whether it is automotive engine metal parts, 3C circuit boards, or injection molds, or aluminum alloy casings, it can accurately decode within milliseconds, significantly reducing the cost of manual repetitive operations.

Ultra-wide depth of field, capable of capturing both distant and nearby objects.
The scanning depth can reach up to 400mm, covering both close-range high-density codes and long-range conventional codes. There is no need to repeatedly adjust the distance, making it suitable for various scenarios such as assembly lines, warehousing, and quality inspection.

Industrial-grade sturdy and durable

  • Internal shock-absorbing buffer design, dual-color integrated body of soft and hard rubber, capable of withstanding multiple free drops from a height of 1.5 meters.
  • The trigger is protected by silicone, with a service life exceeding 10 million times. It is suitable for high-frequency and high-intensity operations.
  • Operating temperature: -20℃ to 50℃, humidity: 5% to 95% (no condensation), not affected by dust, oil stains, or high/low temperature conditions in the workshop.


Equipped with customizable intelligent lighting sources, users can adjust as needed. It automatically optimizes the lighting for different materials such as metal, plastic, and glass, completely solving the problems of reading on reflective or absorbing materials.
